Join us at New Life 2026 as guest speaker Jocelyn Bignill helps us discover how God meets us in our deepest grief and sorrow through the book of Lamentations.

In times of pain, it can feel as though God is distant or unaware of our suffering. Yet throughout Scripture, God invites His people to bring their sadness, questions, and struggles honestly before Him. Together, we'll explore the biblical practice of lament and learn how it draws us closer to our faithful and compassionate God.

Throughout the conference, we’ll also hear from Christian women from across our region as they share stories of how God has and is moving in their lives, encouraging them and using them to advance His Kingdom. We’ll also enjoy uplifting singing, delicious food, and meaningful fellowship with one another.

Jocelyn Bignill
Jocelyn is the Assistant Minister at All Saints Petersham and is passionate about helping God's people dig deeply into His Word and discover truths that shape and transform their lives.
Tamworth is not unfamiliar to Jocelyn. She spent four years here from 2010, working as a high school teacher and completing her ministry training as an MTS trainee at a local parish before moving to Sydney to study at theological college.
When she’s not teaching the Bible, Jocelyn loves spending time with friends and family, taking long walks, pottering around at home with craft and cooking projects, and doting on her beloved dog, Angus.

We are pleased to be able to accomodate a range of dietary requirements this year, including gluten-free*, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. As we seek to support small, local businesses for our catering, please note that we're unable to accommodate combinations of specific dietary requirements. For those with distinctive dietary needs that go beyond what we can provide, we regretfully cannot accommodate, but we are pleased to extend the option of a discounted 'self-catered' ticket when you register. *While we provide gluten-free options – we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of gluten.

Mums & Bubs
Are you a mum bringing along a bub? We are so thrilled you will be joining us. When you arrive, chat to our welcome team about facilities available for you. There is ample room for prams in the auditorium. However, as we are required to keep the isles clear of obstruction, we offer a pram seating area where the rows are made especially wide to accommodate both you and your pram. Please also make use of our Mums & Bubs room at any stage throughout the day as you have need. This room is made extra cozy with baby play things and changing facilities, as well as an in-room audio conference feed so you don't miss a thing!
